Projects

The Projects Committee was started to connect students to Global Development Projects that are being started or are on-going as well as to develop a project for the 2008-2009 academic year. The projects committee will be compiling a list of on-going projects for people to get involved with. The most important goals for the projects committee this semester are to compile a list of on-going projects, develop a frame work for planning and accepting projects as well as to develop our first project.

  My name is Gaurvika Nayyar, I am a sophomore in the college of Human Ecology<33 currently studying in the Human Biology Health and Society Major with a concentration in Global Health. I am the undergraduate director for projects in CGDC.I will be facilitating this as venue for global development dialogue and service. My interests are in Public Health, Epidemiology and Rural Development.

  Shylene Mata is a 3rd year graduate Master's of Public Affair's Candidate through the CIPA program with a concentration in International Development. Although Shylene is in her last year at Cornell, she is a dedicated resource to the club and has been working tirelessly to build up the projects committee and finding new projects to undertake.
